AN ACT INCREASING CLEAN AND RENEWABLE ENERGY GENERATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 16-244c of the general statutes be amended to expand the current "Project One Hundred" by an additional one hundred megawatts.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase renewable or clean energy production in the state, reduce pollutants and conserve resources.
