"AN ACT CONCERNING SIMULCASTING FACILITIES. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2006) Each off-track betting facility shall dedicate not less than ten per cent of the square footage of such facility for the use of any association which exists for the treatment and rehabilitation of chronic gamblers. "
