"AN ACT CONCERNING TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL WIRING FOR TECHNOLOGY AND HEALTHY FOOD AND BEVERAGES IN SCHOOLS. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2006) No provision of section 10-215b or 10-221p of the general statutes, as amended by this act, or section 1 or 3 of this act, shall be construed to allow a local or regional board of education to be held civilly liable for any health consequence suffered by a student based on any failure by the board to abide by such provisions. "
