POTENTIAL MINIMAL FISCAL IMPACT

To the extent the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection bans hunting on a private or public piece of property, a revenue loss could result due to a decrease in hunting permits issued. Any impact is anticipated to be minimal.
