NO FISCAL IMPACT

The amendment makes certain individuals immune from civil actions related to the use of a firearm or firearm ammunition by another person provided certain conditions are met. Any potential reduction in the caseload of the Judicial Department as a result of the amendment is not expected to be substantial enough relative to the overall caseload of the agency to generate a budgetary savings.
