The amendment strikes the original bill and the associated fiscal impact. The amendment replaces the language in the bill with language that repeals Senate bill 410 “An Act Increasing the Financial Responsibility Limits for Motor Vehicle Operators”. Senate bill 410 had no fiscal impact.
