Title: AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX RELIEF FOR CERTAIN ELDERLY HOMEOWNERS AND THE PHASE IN OF CERTAIN REVALUATIONS.
Statement of Purpose: To afford municipalities the option of providing property tax relief to certain elderly homeowners in a manner that limits the amount of property taxes due and owing from such homeowners.
