Language Change:

(LCO No. 2964): This bill restores the word "shall" in line 16 rather than "may," takes out the "and" and "within the dog race track" in line 18 takes out the brackets from lines 19-20 regarding the Bridgeport facility, adds owner or operator to line 26, adds language lines 28-32 and in line 60 adds " or any regulation" and makes this a general exception rather than just applying to Bridgeport by substituting "no association licensee" in line 66 and adds "as a condition of holding such license" in line 67.
