AN ACT REINSTATING THE DEPLETED URANIUM TASK FORCE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (g) of section 34 of public act 05-3 of the June special session, the task force established under said section 34 (1) is reinstated, (2) shall submit the report required by said subsection (g) not later than December 31, 2006, and (3) shall terminate on the date that the task force submits said report.


This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
