AN ACT CONCERNING STOCK OPTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the deduction for noncash compensation from the tax base of corporations.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the deduction for noncash compensation from the tax base of corporations.
