AN ACT ELIMINATING THE SURCHARGE ON THE CORPORATION BUSINESS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-214 and 12-219 of the 2006 supplement to the general statutes be repealed effective January 1, 2006.
