AN ACT REPEALING THE MINIMUM CORPORATION BUSINESS TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 12-219 of the 2006 supplement to the general statutes, be amended to eliminate the two hundred fifty dollar minimum business tax.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate the $250.00 minimum business tax.
