Substitute Language:

No person can sell and/or deliver an electronic defense weapon except sworn member or an authorized officials of Division of State Police within the Department of Public Safety of Criminal Justice, authorized Department of Administrative Services official that is purchasing the weapon for the police or the Division of Criminal Justice, a probation officer, a member of the National Guard or the armed forces, a federal law enforcement official. If you violate this law, you would be guilty of a class A misdemeanor
