AN ACT CONCERNING REFORM OF THE STATE CONTRACTING PROCESS.

SUMMARY:

This bill requires the Government Administration and Elections Committee to study all state contracting statutes, regulations, and procedures and report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by January 1, 2007.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon passage.
