In line 17, after the period, insert "Such interview shall be conducted in a language in which such arrested person has communicative competency."

In line 37, after the period, insert "Any nonfinancial conditions of release set pursuant to this subsection shall be explained to the arrested person in a language in which such arrested person has communicative competency."
