"AN ACT CONCERNING THE INTERAGENCY TASK FORCE ON TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS. "

Strike subsection (b) of section 1 in its entirety and insert the following in lieu thereof:

"(b) Trafficking in persons is a class B felony, provided any person found guilty under this section shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of which five years of the sentence imposed may not be suspended or reduced by the court if the person compelled or induced in violation of this section was an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States. "
