AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2006) The State Board of Accountancy shall adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54 of the general statutes, to permit the holder of a Connecticut public accountant license to convert such license to a certified public accountant license without any testing requirements.
