AN ACT CONCERNING UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a universal health care system in this state in order to provide that every resident of the state has access to affordable quality health care.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish universal health care in this state in order to provide that every resident of the state has access to affordable quality health care.
