AN ACT INCREASING THE PRESCRIPTION DRUG COPAY FOR STATE ELECTED OFFICIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the prescription drug copay for state elected officials from three dollars for generic prescriptions to ten dollars and from six dollars for brand name drugs to fifteen dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To save taxpayer dollars by increasing the prescription drug copay for state elected officials.
