AN ACT CONCERNING UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TO CERTAIN SPOUSES OF MILITARY PERSONNEL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 567 of the general statutes be amended to allow military spouses unemployment insurance benefits when they are forced to leave their jobs when their military spouse receives orders to relocate to Connecticut.
