AN ACT REQUIRING HOSPITAL DISCLOSURE OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION RATES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require hospitals to report nosocomial infection rates to the public.

Statement of Purpose:

To require hospitals to report their nosocomial infection rates to the public.
