AN ACT CONCERNING SUNDAY HUNTING WITH A BOW AND ARROW.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 26-73 of the general statutes be amended to allow hunting on Sunday with a bow and arrow on private property, with the written permission of the landowner, during the regular hunting season, as a game management tool in limited areas as determined to be necessary by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow Sunday hunting under certain circumstances as a game management tool.
