RESOLUTION MEMORIALIZING CONGRESS TO PASS LEGISLATION TO PROVIDE WAIVERS TO HIGH ACHIEVING STATES FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the General Assembly memorializes Congress to pass legislation to provide waivers to high achieving states, such as Connecticut, from the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act.
