AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURE OF CLINICAL TRIAL RESULTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prohibit institutional review boards at state hospitals and universities from approving clinical trials, unless the results of such trials are made available to physicians and the public and are registered with the appropriate oversight agency.

Statement of Purpose:

To require public disclosure of clinical trials conducted at state hospitals and universities.
