AN ACT CONCERNING LIFE INSURANCE FOR ACTIVE DUTY MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That part V of chapter 504 of the general statutes be amended to require the state to provide two hundred fifty thousand dollars in life insurance coverage for all active duty members of the state National Guard.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide life insurance benefits for all active duty members of the state National Guard.
