AN ACT REQUIRING HOSPITALS TO REPORT HOSPITAL-ACQUIRED INFECTION RATES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require all hospitals to report their hospital-acquired infection rates to the public.

To require hospitals to report their hospital-acquired infection rates to the public.
