AN ACT CONCERNING HOSPITAL DISCLOSURE OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION RATES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to adopt regulations specifying procedures for hospitals to report nosocomial infection rates.

Statement of Purpose:
