AN ACT CONCERNING SOCIAL SECURITY OFFSETS UNDER THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION ACT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 567 of the general statutes be amended to allow unemployed individuals to collect full unemployment compensation benefits while receiving Social Security benefits.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow unemployed individuals to collect full unemployment compensation benefits while receiving Social Security benefits.
