AN ACT EXEMPTING VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FROM THE PREVAILING WAGE LAWS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That part II of chapter 557 of the general statutes be amended to exempt volunteer fire department construction projects from the prevailing wage laws.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt volunteer fire department construction projects from the prevailing wage laws.
