AN ACT CONCERNING A MUNICIPAL SHARE OF INCOME TAX REVENUES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to require that one-half of one per cent of the income tax revenue collected by the state shall be returned to the town where the taxpayer resides.
