AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN MUNICIPAL PROJECTS FROM PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That part III of chapter 557 of the general statutes be amended to exempt from prevailing wage requirements any municipal project that does not receive federal or state funds.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt from the prevailing wage requirements all municipal projects that do not receive state or federal funding.
