The amendment strikes the bill and the associated fiscal impact. The amendment replaces the underlying language with discretionary provisions. The amendment allows municipalities surrounding Candlewood Lake to choose to adopt ordinances to have the Candlewood Lake Authority assist them with the caretaking of the Lake.
