Title: AN ACT CONCERNING RESTRICTIONS ON MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATORS SIXTEEN OR SEVENTEEN YEARS OF AGE DURING THE FIRST THREE MONTHS FOLLOWING LICENSURE.
Statement of Purpose: To permit newly-licensed motor vehicle operators sixteen or seventeen years of age to transport more than one parent during the first three months following licensure.
