After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2005) Each local and regional board of education shall ensure that during school hours no broadcast, cable or recorded video material shall be made available to students if such broadcast, cable or recorded video material contains advertising or other content promoting the consumption of food or beverages that are not permitted under the provisions of sections 3 and 4 of this act. "
