"AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL NUTRITION. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2005) The Department of Education shall reimburse each town for revenue lost as a result of adhering to the provisions of this bill, provided the town seeking reimbursement documents and reports its revenue losses to the department no later than June 30 of each year. "
