"AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL NUTRITION. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2005) No provision of section 10-221o or 10-221f of the general statutes, as amended by this act, or section 3 or 4 of this act, shall be construed to allow a local or regional board of education to be held civilly liable for any health consequence suffered by a student based on any failure by the board to abide by such provisions. "
