AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF LATEX PRODUCTS IN FOOD PREPARATION AND SERVICE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of products containing latex in food preparation and service.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate the use of all latex containing products in food preparation and service.
