AN ACT CONCERNING THE EDUCATION REQUIRED TO QUALIFY TO TAKE THE REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS LICENSING EXAMINATIONS
SUMMARY: This act increases from 30 to 60 the minimum number hours of classroom study in real estate principles and practices applicants for real estate broker and salesperson licenses must satisfy before being admitted to the licensing examination.
