AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPENDITURES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.

SUMMARY:

The bill requires the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to review the functions and activities of the Department of Motor Vehicles and submit his findings and recommendations to the Appropriations Committee by January 1, 2004.
