AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPENDITURES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.

SUMMARY:

This bill requires the Department of Social Services to perform reviews of the programs administered by the department and submit its finding s to the General Assembly by January 1, 2004.
