Substitute Senate Bill No. 232
AN ACT AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE SAINT THOMAS MORE CORPORATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 7 of number 93 of the special acts of 1937, as amended by number 518 of the special acts of 1955, is amended to read as follows (Effective from passage):
The trustees or directors of [said] the corporation [shall consist of] are and shall remain not [more] less than nine but not more than fifteen persons, including the members ex officio, hereinbefore mentioned, who shall serve with the power to vote.
