PA 01-2 gave CHFA additional time to issue a new request for proposals (RFP) to replace the developer who had withdrawn. CHFA has since issued the RFP and is now reviewing the responses. Original plans called for up to five demonstration assisted-living developments. PA 01-2 allowed CHFA to accept up to three new proposals in case one or two of the original remaining four proposals does not work out.
