VOTER TURNOUT STATISTICS IN CONNECTICUT | ||

You asked for voter turnout statistics for recent presidential and gubernatorial elections in Connecticut.
Voter turnout in Connecticut is higher in presidential election years than it is for gubernatorial elections. Turnout over the past decade has been as high as 84% of registered voters (64% of the entire voting age population (VAP)) in 1992 and as low as 57% of registered voters (42% of VAP) in 1998. Table 1 shows voter turnout as a percentage of registered voters and VAP and Figure 1 represents the information as a graph.
