Substitute House Bill No. 5179
AN ACT CONCERNING ONE STOP FAMILY CENTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The Commissioners of Education and Public Health shall develop a plan for the colocation, wherever feasible, of family resource centers pursuant to section 10-4o of the general statutes, as amended, and school-based health clinics, established on or after July 1, 2002, in order to improve access, integrate services and reduce administrative expenses.
