Sec. 42a-6-110b. Validity and enforceability of rights and obligations arising under former provisions on bulk transfers. Rights and obligations that arose under sections 42a-6-101 to 42a-6-110a, inclusive, and section 42a-9-111 before their repeal on October 1, 1993, remain valid and may be enforced as though those sections had not been repealed.
