MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

provision. Id.
Under former statute beneficiary of life support agreement executed by her children was not eligible for medical
assistance for the aged. 4 Conn. Cir. Ct. 338−343. Question of constitutionality of this part not having been raised in trial
court, supreme court need not consider it; however, standards enumerated are as clearly defined as subject matter permits
and are not unconstitutional as being arbitrary. 5 Conn. Cir. Ct. 505.
