Secs. 2-101 to 2-104. Office of the Inspector General. Sections 2-101 to 2-104,
inclusive, are repealed. Sec. 2-105. Permanent employees and records of Inspector General transferred to Attorney General. (a) Each permanent employee of the Inspector General
on August 31, 1987, shall be transferred to the office of the Attorney General (1) without
competitive examination and (2) in the nearest equivalent position classification, as
determined by the Commissioner of Administrative Services, as the position classification held by such employee on such date. Secs. 2-106 to 2-109. Reserved for future use.
