Substitute House Bill No. 6941
AN ACT CONCERNING PLANS FOR THE REMEDIATION OF MEDICAL AND SURGICAL ERRORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
(NEW) Each hospital licensed under chapter 368v of the general statutes shall make available to the Commissioner of Public Health upon request a copy of its plan for the remediation of medical and surgical errors required by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
